angry fist of death…
I come into work happy. It doesn’t matter that I’m tired s hell from getting 2 hours of sleep. It doesn’t matter that my clothes don’t match or that traffic was horrible. It doesn’t even matter what happened the night before….butwhen I come into work, the bottom line is, I want to be there. However, today really baffled me. If you don’t know, I work at a bank during the day, so I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis. OK people…if there is a hold on your account, it is not because I am a miserable person trying to ruin your life. It is because you f-ed the government and now they are seizing your assets….so this is technically your fault buddy, not mine. Also, if I’m not authorized to do something, I CANNOT do it. Physically, I cannot. Because I will get fired…and risking my job for you, stranger, is not on my list of things to do today….
Also, I do not want to help you launder your money sir. hhahahah…I’m ranting today because I have gotten yelled at an obscene amount of times today. Being at home now, I can laugh about it, but trust me…its hard to keep it together sometimes. Today I had a customer scream at me about me not being able to raise his limits on his accounts. I’m only authorized certain amounts. He threatened to close his accounts – well, sir…how would you like your remaining balance of $2.43?
I don’t come into your work raging…i actually don’t. i’m very polite to everyone in general, especially those in the service industry. Maybe because I’ve been a server, a bartender, etc but come on people….spread the good attitude okay? And I promise you, it will come back to you just when you need it most. But, some people are just angry – what can I do? Just don’t come into my work with your raging fists of death. Thanks!

i know exactly how you feel. As a delivery driver for optical labs. If a doctors office doesn’t get something they’re expecting they bitch at me about it. (I am subcontracted to deliver for them) I don’t work at the labs i just deliver what they give me to deliver.

I also was in auto sales for a very long time. When I would sell someone a used car. I would tell them “if you have any problems with your car don’t call me screaming at me. I want to help you but if you scream at me. I don’t want to.
When I have a problem with a product or a service that was provided. I allways try to give the company/person afair opportunity to resolve the situation. If I don’t like to be yelled at. Wht should I yell at you.
The point is. I am much like you Steph. I try to present myself at work in a poosative way and put on a smile even though I may not feel that way inside. When in a bad mood and your still smiling. Isn’t it great to have someone tell you that your smile made them feel better. I know when you’ve broadcasted on PM you’ve always made me want to smile even if I had a bad day.

Hi Steph. I hear and understand and promise not to tazer my teller the next time I’m at my bank. I try to be nice to service people until they get to the point where I have to be less nice. I am not as pretty less nice, but I do it very, very well. I will bich and complain when it is justified and yes, banks do make mistakes (mine has) and they will never admit to it. It try. I tip well, am polite and patient, I will comend people for doing a good job and even call them to thank them. But if you do F*CK up do not try to make out it is my mistake because you are infalible. GARBAGE! Fit of death me any time I deserve it and I will not lift a finger to stop you but do not get snotty wen I am innocent!
I am depressed now, my bank dos not have emploees as drop dead gorgeous as you are working there. Sucks to be me!

Yeah, you get people like that here and there when your working, it doesn’t matter where your working or what your position is. You will it that in life. In retail, customer service or where ever the heck you work… it happens .. hahaha
Just F it.. if you stop thinking about it then it wont get to you. Dont ever let any one of those idiots put you down. They’re just that way because they can’t do anything else but yell at whoever they can. Which unfortunately has to be you.. lol

i know exactly how you feel.. i work as a hair stylist during the day…then from 5-9 im workin at a toyota dealership as a receptionist..both of my jobs are CUSTOMER RELATIONS…ive had numerous encounters with such rude people…number one be rude to be while your sitting in my chair..ILL JACK YOUR SHIT UP BITCH!…number # if u come to the dealership and your here to pick up your car and theres simply something wrong and its out of my control and you dont wanna see your sales person..TUFF LUCK..DONT GET YOUR NEW CAR BUS HOME SUCKERS! but anways …no matter what happens to me during both jobs i just sit and laugh..and then i turn up the music in the show room and moon walk across the show room…all in all a fake smile to a horrible customer no matter where you go only proves that you are the better person
